Limited Liability Indemnity

This page sets out the limits of our liability and your indemnity obligations when you use garagesorted.co.uk or buy from Garage Sorted, a trading name of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your statutory rights come first
Nothing on this page limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK law. In particular, if you buy from us as a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 are not excluded, restricted or modified by anything stated here. This also includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where those rights apply, they take priority over anything stated here.
Limitation of our liability
Subject to the section above, and to the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, however it arises.
- We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that was caused by misuse of a product, by failure to follow the instructions supplied with it, or by normal wear and tear.
- Where we are liable, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.
Website availability
We try to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable at any time.
Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any reasonable losses, costs and claims we incur as a result of your breach of our Terms & Conditions, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another person's rights through your use of the site.
