These Terms & Conditions govern your use of smallpartsorganisers.co.uk and any purchase you make from Garage Sorted (a trading name of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of the Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. By accessing the site you agree that you will not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute our content (text, images, branding and design) without our written permission.
- Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
All content on this website, including the Garage Sorted name, logo, product imagery and copy, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Products & Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, contents and features. Product photos are for illustration; slight variation in colour and finish can occur between screens and production batches.
Fit wall mounted products for the load. Wall mounted storage must be fixed with all the supplied fixings, using fixings suited to your wall type and the loaded weight. If you are unsure about a wall's construction, ask a qualified tradesperson. Keep heavier items in the lowest bins and do not overload bins or boards.
Pricing
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. We make every effort to keep prices correct at the time of publishing. If we discover an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatching.
Orders & Purchase Terms
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
You can pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We do not store your full card details. Your order will be processed once payment is authorised.
Delivery
We deliver UK wide by tracked courier. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and a flat £4.99 applies below that. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping page, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns & Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 Rights
We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns as a voluntary store policy. The item must be unused, clean and resaleable, with all packaging and accessories. Full conditions are on our Refunds & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
On top of that policy, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the Act provides. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Fair Trading
We aim to describe our products and prices accurately and to trade fairly, in line with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. If you think anything on this site is misleading, tell us and we will look into it.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity.
- We provide the website "as is" and do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 where you are buying as a consumer, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. If you buy goods for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to that purchase.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
